Privacy Policy

Effective July 17, 2026

1. Information we collect

When you contact us through onbuilds.com, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company name, and any message you include.

Like most websites, our servers also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to operate and secure the site, not to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for the onBuilds platform, and communicate with you about your request. If you become a customer, information is used to provision and support your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Email communications

If you contact us, we will email you about your message and, occasionally, about onBuilds. Every non-transactional email includes a way to opt out, and you can email us at any time to be removed.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and deliver email (for example, transactional email delivery). These providers process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a business relationship. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jack@1912.dev.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date below. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to jack@1912.dev or (480) 401-2747.
