By accessing onbuilds.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of the onBuilds platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement provided during onboarding.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to evaluating onBuilds. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site.
3. Requesting access
Submitting a message through this site does not by itself create a customer relationship. Accounts are created through signup on the platform and are governed by the terms presented there. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to provide.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and graphics — are the property of Accelerated Reach LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
